The Lotus is a symbol that has been woven throughout the Tantric traditions and represents purity, wisdom, transcendence and spiritual awakening.For instance, the chakras in the body are depicted by a different number of lotus petals and during Tibetan Tantric meditations the practitioner sits on a moon or sun cushion upon a lotus flower.
Tantra is about transformation- just like the Lotus needs to grow through mud in order to bloom, so do we. Tashi gently assists you in this process.
